Accessibility at EQ Bank

In accordance with the Accessible Canada Act and its regulations, Equitable Bank and Concentra Bank maintain an Accessibility Plan that outlines our approach to identifying, removing, and preventing accessibility barriers. Our Accessibility Plan is updated every three years, with annual progress reports published in the interim to share updates and describe how feedback has informed our work.

Accessibility is an ongoing commitment at EQ Bank. Guided by lived experience and continuous feedback, we regularly review our policies, practices, and operations to embed accessibility into how we design, communicate, and deliver our programs and services—so everyone can participate fully, confidently, and with dignity.
